● Quality Management
System
The company’s quality management system is established
according to “ISO9001 quality-the quality mode to guarantee in developing,
designing, manufacturing, installing and service”, In Jan 1997, it
respectively passed quality system certification of DNV, and won ISO9001
quality system certification of No. 93-LON-AQ-071 registered by British
government, and of China I/O commodity quality Certification Center,
and of No. 3100/93006.
All quality activity of the company and all qualities
of product manufacturing process are controlled according to 《quality
manual》, 《quality manual》direct all quality activity must comply to
the quality regulations in order to assure the product being high
quality.
● Product quality control
  For
quality of product, Shanghai Zhongyi attained to put all facts influencing
quality of product under the controlled state of ISO9001 quality system,
leaders attaching importance for it, all stuffs joining it, management
being strong. Employees have pursued normalization, standardization
and internalization throughout the process of production. For a long
time, quality and metering accuracy is always according with national
standard when the products of Shanghai Zhongyi are spot checked by
National Supervisory Inspection Quarantine Bureau of Quality and Shanghai
Municipal Supervisory Bureau of Quality and Technique, or tested for
reliability of tax-monitored fuel dispensers. The result has come
out top to improve the competitive capacity of product in market.
