Customer service system:
Shanghai Zhongyi petroleum customer service
system is constructed by customer service headquarter office and licensed
maintenance centers and representative offices located in different
areas. The headquarter office is not only responsible for customer
service and maintenance for some areas, but also organizes, monitors
and manages all the licensed maintenance centers and representative
offices located in different areas.
All the licensed maintenance centers and representative
offices are responsible for Zhongyi dispensers’ customer service and
technical support within their region.
Customer feedback handling
system:
一、Service
1、The supervisor of customer service should
register all the customer’s mails, calls and visits regarding complains
(like bad quality、missing parts、transport damages、and bad service)
in our customer feedback registration form.
2、Handing of customer feedback
(1)The action for bad quality、missing parts、and
transport damages
According to customer’s feedback regarding bad quality、missing
parts、and transport damage, the supervisor of customer service will
check the quality control record from the quality control department,
and also specifies the responsibility party together with QC inspector
from the quality control department. If it is the responsibility of
seller, the seller will take all the cost of change of compensation
for the buyer, if it the responsibility of buyer, the contract remains.
(2)Assigned customer visit service
①Assigning
A、The director of customer service department
will assign people to the destination according to the customer’s
requirements or the “installation and maintenance form”filled by the
sales department.
B、During the visit at the customer, every
service worker should take “repair service form”of “installation and
maintenance technical specification checklist”and “customer service
feedback form”together with necessary tools and parts with him.
②All the workers at customer service should follow all the following
rules
A、Installation、maintenance and repair should
fulfill all the requirements according to the product specification.
B、After the service, all customers need to
fill-in “repair service form”or “installation and maintenance technical
specification checklist”and “customer service feedback form”with signed
or chopped by the responsible person at the customer side. Those forms
will be brought back to our company and be confirmed and signed by
the director of customer service department.
二、Information feedback
People working in the customer service need to report
all the feedback from the customer to the director of customer service
department, the director will make the summary and hold quality analysis
meeting together with product development department, quality control
department and manufacturing department to take corrective action.

Brief introduction fir training
for customer:
Shanghai Zhongyi has not only a sophisticated
service network, but also provide training for our customers:
1、Our worker from customer service will
provide on-side training on daily maintenance and repairing for
simple breakdown after installation of our dispensers.
2、Service center can assign people to provide
on-site training according to customer’s requirements at a settled
time. The training can be extended to help all the participants
getting certified.
3、There is also a training center in the
headquarter office of Shanghai Zhongyi, we provide technical and
maintenance training for all technicians from our customers. After
the training, they will be certified with license.
